Privacy Policy
Last updated: 30 March 2026
Audiris ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can exercise your rights.
What data we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect your full name, company name, email address, the service you're interested in, and any message you provide. We do not collect any other personal data through the website.
How we use your data
We use your contact form data solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-party processors
Your contact form submissions are transmitted via Resend (resend.com), our email delivery provider. Analytics data (if you have consented) is processed by Plausible Analytics or Google Analytics 4. Both providers operate under appropriate data processing agreements.
Cookies and analytics
We use a cookie consent banner to give you control over tracking. If you click "Accept", we load an analytics script that collects anonymised usage data (page views, referrer, browser). If you click "Decline", no analytics scripts are loaded and no cookies are set. You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser's localStorage.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@audiris.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained in our email inbox for as long as required to respond to your enquiry and maintain a business record, and no longer than 2 years.
